CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In case you make up your mind not to continue or postpone the course registered for, due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the moment we receive cancellation request in writing at [email protected] as per the criteria are given below:
CANCELLATION CHARGES CRITERIA
The registration charges paid for any ofDPA Courses, under all circumstances, are purely nonrefundable.
50% out of the remaining enrollment amount will be deducted if canceled within 24 hrs of submitting the fees.
No student would be eligible for the refund in case he or she has taken the commencement class of the particular course.
In case registration and enrollment charges are paid as ‘one-time payment’, then the refund will be made after the deduction of registration amount.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
There will be no refund if any other issue comes into existence other than the above-said cancellation policies.
We will start refund process after getting Original Hard Copy of the Receipt or Online Receipt (If paid Online) of the paid amount via email or in person.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment adopted by the concerned student for a particular course.
The amount paid by credit/ debit card will be credited back to the concerned credit/ debit card within 7-15 working days and the refund will reflect on the Bank Statement of the respective next month.
The amount paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to concerned bank account within 7-15 working days.
LAW & JURISDICTION
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to anything offered by Delhi Photography Academy, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
